Have you backed the tensioner all the way off?

yea. it had two 10's. its off.. it seems like all thats keeping it is this pulley looking thing( no teeth) and the clutches (with teeth) .... there was a 22mm holding the clutches. i took it off and the clutches seem loose, but this pulley thing must come off first. there were three 10's on the front of it. but when i took them out it didnt release....

That's the centrifugal clutch (pulley looking thing) and there is a nut behind the cover the 3 bolts hold on. Your also going to have to take the camshaft loose to get the chain on.

i use a impact gun (air or electric) and a small ratchet strap to hold the outside of the centrifical clutch
