New guy with 2000 Recon
Whats up guys. I am new here. My buddy gave me his 2000 Recon 250 for free today. Lol. So I could not pass up the offer. It runs fine, just had a slight leak when hot. I tore down the top end and am goin to replace the rings and gaskets for now. This is goin to be a little play/project bike. I want to find a way to make it like a sleeper bike if there is any way to get a 300 cc engine to work on it, or bore this engine to 300. I am new to the honda world, so I have some learning to do. I will also have to get 4 new tires for this puppy. I will get some pictures tomorrow, it is completely tore down at the moment. He had a bad crash on it couple months ago and bent the handle bars and bent/twisted the frame, I did some work to it and fixed that problem.

Where is the best place to order the piston ring/gasket kit for this thing?

   Started with cleaning the engine, still working on it not perfect yet
