Default Gas Leak when Recon is shut off

Gas leaks from the bottom of the carb unless I shut the gas tank off. Do I have a plugged jet or a float problem or something else all together? BTW, I have owned this ATV for a little over a year and only run it 3 or 4 times.

Screw on the side of carb is as tight as I can turn it. I'll probably pull the carb and do a good cleaning.

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like ur needle and seat are bad. My old mans 450 had this same problem and a piece of dirt had got in there and made some grooves in the needle and seat. Pull the carb and change them out. Just gotta pull the float off. Pay attention to everything when u take it off so u can put it back on the way its supposed to go. Lol

Took the bowl off the carb and it had quite a bit of gunk floating around. Cleaned and blew it out with carb cleaner. Now it runs fine and doesn't drip. Just need to adjust the idle speed. Thanks everyone.
