ok i was lookin at some tires and i want to get some itp mud lites but i found so that are 27 inch tires on 14 inch wheels

i dont know if they will fit with out rubbing

We have a 2009 Honda 250 Recon ES and it has... 22x7s on 11 inch wheels on front, and 22x10s on 9 inch wheels on back. Not sure if there was a big difference between 2007 and 2009, but I highly doubt it.

We put some 25" mudlites on one and it does pretty good with them. Just go with a light tire.

yeah that is the stock size for the 07...I just put swamp lights on mine, only one size bigger with stock rims and it works pretty well. In my opinion its not worth going any bigger on the recon. If you want size, you need more power, so get a bigger quad.
