you might be able to heat them up with a torch and bend them back. but that will make a really weak point on your bars and even just a hrad bump they may bend again or snap. you may just want to buy a new set

I've straightened some up by taking the grips off and using a long piece of pipe that is a tad bigger than the bars. The longer the pipe the better, you just gotta take it easy so you don't go to far and kink them.

i would suggest using the long bar to force it back up slowly. you dont want to heat them with torch because it will burn and flake the paint and you will have a big problem with them rusting. plus if you bend them you wont have to take everything off your bars like you would if you torched.
