I Just bought my son a 2007 Recon TM last week. Problem is, the clutch seems to be slipping like it is not fully locking up. Should I attempt to adjust it or just take it back to the dealer to diagonose the problem? Quad only has about 10 hours on it.

i would adjust the clutch before taking it to the dealer and waiting for a few days for something you can do in a few minutes.

I have a 2007 Foreman 4x4 ES.When I shift you can hear the clutch wizzzing for a brief moment and then the clutch will engage and slam into gear-HARD! This will do this in 1st, 2nd, and sometimes 3rd, but not between 3-4 and 4-5. I am assuming this is a clutch problem and it needs adjusted. I am a novice at wrenching but I have adjusted the clutch in my Kawasaki LaKota 300.Would this procedure be the same and where could I find the clutch adjustment on my 2007 Honda Foreman 500 4x4 ES?~Thanks in advance~Titan1
