Default recon won't shift

I have a 2003 recon ES that will not shift out of gear. I have tried manual, and electric, and it is definately stuck in gear. It clicks when you use the electric shift, but does not shift.

Someone here will chime in but PM Moose in the meantime. His shift sensor went out and thats what it sounds like to me.
