Default Winter Overhaul

This winter I plan on overhauling my Rincon. Not really an overhaul, more like just going through her and freshening up. I've had it new since Sept. of 2009, and she has taken quite a bit of abuse, watch my youtube videos for proof. Although I've never "wrecked" it, I have done more than my fair share of wheelies and jumps with pretty hard landings, ran into all types of trail obstructions with the front and rear. Since I bought the 700XX, I can take it easy on the Rinny and not abuse it, as much. I figured it was time for some TLC on my part. I made up a little list of things I wanted to do, replace and add-on, and figured you guys could help me cover what I've missed on my list.

I would like to:

-Strip all red plastics for them to be “re-shined”, plastic renewal type of conditioning.
-Tear apart front and rear a-arm assemblies to be greased, and check all of my bearings, seals and rubber boots (already replaced front right and rear left wheel bearings).
-While its naked, I figured I would clean all of the wire connections and put a dielectric grease coating on them (some of you could point out the best areas for this)
-Touch up any visible rust spots on frame areas where the skid plates and plastics have been rubbing.
-Straighten out the front and rear bumpers, along with anything else that is bent, like my bumper mounts and my bash plate.
- I'd like to coat both bumpers and the racks in some type of heavy duty bed liner material.
-Also, while its naked, I'd like to polish up the motor and other aluminum parts to get rid of the nasty mud coating.

What I'd like to add to it to make it more of a general trail quad rather than my wanna be sport quad.

-new bash plate to replace the dented up stock one
-Aluminum a-arm guards
-New stock black fender flares because my original ones have about had it
-Buy some over fenders, I would like to try them for myself so I don't get covered in mud and snow
-better fitting underbelly skid plate, my Warn one never fit the way it was supposed to, even after I already replaced a mount that wasn't correct
-I'd like a sturdy passenger box for my fiance to sit and hold on to
-fender protector/foot rests because my fiance is only 5'2" and can't touch the ones I made for her very well
-HMF exhaust snorkel, for when I need to make a water crossing so my quad doesn't bog down when the water goes over the enormous end cap opening
-A sort of steal snorkel kit, for the water crossings in case I get too deep. Many water hazards in my area have popped up keeping me from my favorite riding spots.
