Default 07 rincon looses power

my 2007 rincon runs great until its about 2-3 hrs into a ride and then it will get to ware it will only go 10 mph at full throttle, what i hav e found is i can turn it off and back on and it will run great for 1-3 miles and ill have to turn it off and back on and keep doing this, it started doing this 2 week ends ago, if you can help me that would be great, it has 1600 miles on it and i change oil when it said to, i have clean air filter and check the spark arrester, thanks.

to the forum.... How old is the gas in it? Kinda sounds like an injector is clogging with debris. When you turn the machine off, the injector becomes unclogged. Then when you start it, it clogs again.
Is there a fuel filter that maybe dirty?

thanks for the reply, i will check on that stuff starting with fuel filter. I wonder if there is a screen or filter inside the fuel tank? I saw a post on fuel filter replacement in the fuel pump housing, but was wondering if there is also something in the fuel tank that could become plugged if I might have got a dirty load of gas somewhere?

I would guess the fuel filter is the problem.
