I just bout an HMF swamp series xl pipe and it is VERY loud. Anyway, I'm going to use my bike for hunting also so I need to find a silencer for my pipe. I know they have the quiet core but I'm pretty sure its not going to quiet it down that much. Any suggestions?

Look on sportsmansguide.com in their atv section. They have a silencer-silencer and its fairly cheap. not sure how good it works but its an idea.

The XL should accept the quiet core, how loud it will be I am unsure. HMF told me that with the regular Swamp Series and the quiet core, the db level should be below stock. A silencer such as the Benz or Kolpin's stealth exhaust will probably not work to well with the HMF. Plus, the special tip on the Swamp Series would make it hard to use any of the adapters that come with them. I have tried the Kolpin 2 stealth exhaust and it didn't make a bit of difference with my factory muffler. I took it off and sent it back. Maybe sell your XL version and get the regular one...?

Well I ordered the benz silencer. The HMF swamp series turndown looks like it accepts the same type of slip fitting. Im goin to make something so I can use the silencer. Ill keep yall updated
