Default speed limiter?

I was reading on a website the other day that was talking about the 06 to newer Rincons having a speed limiter on it that prevents it from going over 65mph for safety reasons. It said that you can take it off, but didn't tell how to do it. I was wondering if this speed limiter was true and if so how the heck do ya take the stupid thing off? lol

I'm sure you can... I've read about it on this site (somewhere). But without a tach, I'd rather not. But that's just me...

The rev limiter is their to prevent damage to the engine....why do you want to take it off..

If you wanted a rev monster than get a 2 stroke or 4 stroke sport quad.

Unless you actually race the dern thing...leave it as is.
