Warranty Question..Need Your Help - Honda Foreman Forums : Rubicon, Rincon, Rancher and Recon Forum

Here's the deal I bought a 2007 Rincon about a month ago and it just has rolled over 70 miles today. At the 50 mile marker I added a hmf pipe, hmf optimizer, and K&N filter. It has been running just flawless until tonight. I noticed after riding it for a bit that when I put it in reverse it grinds and won't go into reverse unless u really pull it in reverse. It has the 6 month warranty that comes with it but will they try and not warranty this fix due to my hmf exhaust, optimizer, and K&N filter?

They should warranty it. Does not sound like what you did would cause it to not go in reverse.

You shouldn't have any problems. It just needs the cable adjusted.

You did not mod. the tranny system so yes they should cover it. You might have to shoot sparks out your A#$%^ but they should do it.
