If its a newer model, that has a computer, I would think that the dealership can flash the new pod with the information that the old one had. It should just have a rom/ram chip type memory in it that can be read and downloaded. I dunno- just my two cents- but I would check with a honda dealership and see if its possible- if not, a potential buyer might think it sketchy that a older bike has like 100 hours on it (should it ever be sold)

I called everyone I could think of no one has an answer. If you can just buy a new pod and have your hours and miles change wouldn't everyone selling a bike with high miles or hours buy a new pod and then run it for a week? Ill let yall know how it turns out he already ordered the pod.
