You are not the only one. I'm guessing the numbers sold was good enough they took the easy way out.

Who wants something that is easy to work on? We need to complicate these things to the point where NO ONE but the dealership can work on them, all based around ease of use and comfort.

I, for one, am really happy that Honda isn't going EFI on them yet. That gives me later year models to choose from when I look at buying another machine (IF I ever have to that is. Air cooled and carb'd seem to last forever)

aint that the truth!....i can never own a foreman newer than 2011 anyway because i just dont like the plastic that hides the motors on the 2012, and a foremans supposed to have 2 shocks in back !!!!!!, i think the single shock on the 2012s was just hondas lame attempt at trying to make the ride more appealing to someone that wants a softer ride

Of note, after looking at the new Rubicons

Adjustable front suspension
Black front bumper/wheels (which I've painted on all mine)
No camo offered

Looks like BASFNB is gonna need that adjustable front suspension for his now.

I DO realize I'm in the minority, and am a dying breed, but I like utility over comfort. My Jeeps are 28 years old, my truck is 30 years old, my ATV's are Footshift, air cooled, carb's machines. Newer stuff starts easier, is more comfortable, but the more creature comforts you add to something, the more crap there is to break. KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). Best motto ever.
