Welcome to the forum...

u need to describe what it is doin in better detail....

will it run but not move? will it move but not great? are the wheels locked up? is it making any noises while trying to move it?

and most importantly, why is there a new oil pump in it?

theres a strong possibility that the chain fell off and it would need an oil pressure test (as rich suggested) to determine if the pressure is low. (u could always take the front cc cover off as well but thats a fair project) did u pay much for this machine?

Hello and welcome . As they said above check oil pressure first .... Will it coast freely in neutral ? After checking oil pressure, and makeing sure brake isnt stuck on >(In neutral )giveing it a little gas ,does it sound like the motor is loading, like its attempting to pull ,but not moveing ?
