Default 07 rubicon boggs

My 2007 rubicon runs fine 99% of the time, but sometimes when i start it it has no power. I will ride it and its fine and then i shut it off and start it up again and when i put it in gear it just wont go it just boggs down and has zero power and wont move. Ill shut it of and restart it and most of the time it will be fine again. It does this sometimes also when i first start it up in the morning. It will only do this 1 in like 20 times or so. I just got it serviced and they said everything was fine. So im just kind of confused. Thanks guys

its a tranny problem ...you need to check the oil preasure and the oil pump chain (it may be streched )

a pump chain wouldnt be reset when the ignition is turned off and on. I would guess electrical personally. does it flash any codes the times theres no power? I would suspect its electrical and when it appears to have no balls maybe its in safe mode???? keep us posted...

Make sure your brake levers are seated in the brackets so the switches arent open.

If your brake lever is sticking thats probably the culprit, something to do with the switches. My foreman did the same thing once in awhile.

There's two obvious things to check here. your front right brake lever switch could be the culprit but usually only effects the system when you start the bike in gear and it won't rev up. If you have it in neutral and start it and the problem still exists then it's most likely not the brake lever switch.

The second problem would be a bad ground to the CDI box. This is something we've come across before. I would take the plugs apart under the back right fender and make sure they don't have any corrosion in them or water.

I have ridden it a dozen times since posting this and its only done it once since then. When it happened no lights went on display so i just turned it off turned it on and it was fine, but it will only start in neutral now nothing else? Also the camo is horrible on these things and is now peeling pretty bad. Do they make black plastics that would fit an 07?
