Default 29.5 laws on 2011 rubi?

What all do you have to do to fit the 29.5s on the machine? I notice that they make them in outlaw 2s as well in 29.5 are the old laws or the new ones better for thick deep stuff?

if you go with the outlaws 2 thay only come in 14in right now so you would need to also buy 14in rims
a 2in lift and a razor blade (to cut the plastics up ) thats the only way to get them to fit
oh i almost forgot you will need a big hammer to pound the fender suports in so the tires dont rub

I had to cut my rear fenders about an inch or 2. And buy the highlifter fender kit for the front. But they fit. Now turning them is a different story. Your rubi will struggle with those big tires without some type of gear reduction. The outlaw 2's are real heavy. So those will be even harder to spin.

Would I be better off with the 28" skinnys over the 29.5s? As far as power? The reason for the 29.5s was for extra ground clearance because of the SRA

You can notice it when you first put it in. Now i don't notice it at all. If I had it to do over I wouldnt waste my money on it. My top speed on my speedo is 39 with the 29.5's and gear reduction. But I have no idea how fast that really is with a GPS

Up front you'll either have to beat your front fender braces in or cut and weld them as far back as you can get (what I did).

In the rear im sure there will be some floor board and fender cutting.
