i agree with pecker and wingman! i would worry if mine didn't come on, while working at slow speeds.

Yea it comes on because the engine warms up..... the temp. outside is never going to prevent the motor from heating up, especially what working it.

When your exhaust comes out cold then you have something to worry about

Pulled my shanty yesterday 3 miles across the lake from the shallow Perch bays to the deep Islands and the fan ran the whole way
