For the 4x4 the first thing I would do is jack up the front of the machine and hold one wheel while someone rotates the other wheel. Make sure there is some resistance there and a CV joint didn't break or something. Then I would put the machine in 4x4 (key switch on to activate it) and make sure you hear the actuator engage at the front differential and turn the tires to see if any of the drive line is turning. You want to rule out any mechanical problems before chasing electrical. This is something both of the shops should have checked but you never know.

toodeep....thanks for your help! Jacked up the front of the bike, tire check is good. The only sound I hear is a faint click of the Actuator not a actual engaging sound. And the drive is turning.

While your checking things might check the fuses. Had mine fill up with water once caused several weird problems.. Good Luck

The fuses looked good but the fuse box was holding water in the bottom , couldnt see it but I blew it out with an air blower things started working right .
