No it was filled to the fill hole, I am of the agreement that maybe heat. Thats why I though possible bearing. But no metal and Oil was clean. Now that I have a better understanding of how things are put together I can keep a eye on it. I am baffled. But Thanks again to all for the help and I think we can put this post to rest as just one of those things. Plus if it is a hidden problem it will eventually rear it's ugly head then I will let you know.

you dont fill it to the fill hole !!!!! the rear diff only holds like 2-3 oz of oil !!!!!!!!!

LOL "Yes" It was filled to the "CHECK" hole, not the filler lid/cap/screwthatthingontokeepoilin. That was the reason for concern is that the loss of oil and that there is very little in the diff to lose. Asked the local dealer and he too has only seen if overfilled. He mentioned to fill oil to "CHECK" hole and monitor. Plus I put on 2000 miles and no oil, then within the last 100miles there is oil.
