I asked the seller to run an oil pressure test before I bought it. Now the seller is telling me that he found a leaking oil line. He fixed it, and it is driving around fine.

Does this sound accurate?

Thank you,

Jason

IF it was low on oil it will not move but he should have noticed the leak a lot sooner because it most likely was around 3 qts low, possibly more. That much oil makes a big mess and is quite noticeable. It's possible that was the only problem, I would test drive it really good, getting the machine warmed up good and then test drive it going fast/slow/try to work it by holding the brakes or driving up a hill/etc.

I'd still look over it with a fine toothed comb to find any more problems to get the price lower. How meny miles and hr's does it have?

it is hydrostatic, it uses the oil and a swashplate to apply pressure and converts that into turning the wheels
