Default Tire fit ?'s

what would have to be done to fit 29.5 outlaws on a 2009 rubicon...bike already has a 2" lift kit on it...any feedback would be greatly appreciated

also is it worth the trouble or shuold i just go with the 28x9.5 on all 4

i think put them on,, one guy had some without a lift and some trimming

Welcome to the forums.


They should fit with the 2 inch lift. You might have to trim some of the fender flares. How wide are they? You might need some spacers if they are too wide.

Plus I would suggest a gear reduction!

i was thinking the 9.5's on all 4 i also have an epi comp clutch kit waiting to be installed

i have 28 no lift and they fit perfect, no trimming. i was surprised

i'm just worried that i'll want to go bigger again if i get the 28's but not sure the bike will be able to handle the 29.5
