New to this forum. thanks in advance for all the help and knowledge I'll be getting from you guys and gals.....

I've done a few searches and didn't really find anything that might help me...

So my ATV will be running fine for awhile. Then i stop and give it some gas and it seems like it doesn't want to go out of 1st gear until i feather the throttle and then she takes off.

I've changed the air filter, changed the oil and filter (5qrts).... Yes i used the honda atv oil to help with the clutch...

I'm going to check the fuel tank breather line...

is there a way to adjust the clutch?

I did put some sea foam in the tank to help clean the carb.....

Any other ideas?

Welcome!!! Id say clutch adjustment. If you search for service manual on here. You should find where someone has already posted a pdf service manual for your application. Good luck there is a wealth of info right in the search bar.

Welcome to the forum. There is no clutch adjustment on the Rubicon. I would start with re-initializing the system and see what it does.

Does the manual cover "re-initializing"?

If read threw the manual and don't remember if it covered that step. Is it as simple as diconnecting the battery?

Yes... its in the trouble shooting section.. id tell you the page but mines newer model and wont likely be on same page

Hi. Link for this service manual DL does not work for me. May be just me, usually is lol. The Irony is this is my first time here and this is the first thread I clicked on and there was your link that I need for my '01 Rubicon. No biggie I'll prob buy it.

I am having the D1, D2, EXP blinking problem, stuck in gear, and it barely runs in reverse, but I have not pulled any service codes yet. Once I get the code I'll search more posts and try your DL link again.
