I borrowed a neighbor's Rubicon yesterday (05). I sprayed for about 45 minutes with a 12 volt sprayer. I had 10 gauge wire running from the pump to a 12 plug that would insert in a cigarette lighter receptacle. It was working great, then it's like I blew a fuse. I took off the seat and found the little fuse box, but my volt meter shows 12 Volts on both sides of the fuses.
Is there another inline fuse somewhere? I feel bad b/c I know he uses that to charge his phone while he's out in his shop working. If it is not a fuse... I'm guessing a fried a wire. I wasn't spraying continuously. But that plug was hot enough to burn the tar out of my hand when I took it apart to see if there was a fuse in it (no). Thank you. Brian |

Welcome, besides the fuse in the fuse panel they have an internal fuse in the outlet as well but that one is none replaceable. All you can do is check and see if it's getting power up to the acc. outlet.
