Have you tried to retrieve error codes? If so, what's showing for flash count? Fuses don't always blow because of a short--they can blow from a bad/loose connection which raises the amps/heat going through them. Have you checked all the connections, including the battery ground? A bad or loose connection can cause otherwise good components to fail. Have you recently removed any connectors? I already found (luckily, not the hard way) you need to double check that they're clicked and locked into place. Have you recently installed any goodies such as shocks, or anything that may pinch or wear into the harness? That's just a couple thoughts.

Never did a thing, I took off the angle sensor, cleaned it looked clean anyways, did the code..it said 6 for angle sensor but it was unhooked. I erased everything, and now it works just like it did ( like a honda great! ) This started when i was stuck for a while, not overheating the bike tho, but my winch almost killed my battery, shut my bike off to let it cool for a min, started it, it had a hard time to start as i almost killed my battery, all was fine 30 sec later hit my lights as it was getting dark then it went to ****. But had it out an hour or so since i redid the codes and it works good..Not sure whats up. Thanx guy tho, this really helps. also i havn't installed anygoodies for over a year
