X2 on what kipes said. I also bought one off of ebay and its pretty easy to replace it. The hardest part was getting the staples out of the old one. Heres a link to the one i put on my old foreman.

I used black duct tape at first, and it works ok but gets messy. I think this is your best bet. It's a direct fit marine grade vinyl cover. I just put one on and it fits perfectly, not like a generic kolpin one or something.

Just use a staple gun to attach.

Mine had big chunks of foam missing, so it doesn't look great, but it fits tight and would be perfect if all the foam was in tact. I honestly didn't even take the old one off, just stretched this over and stapled it on.

I just got a black and camo that just attaches by elastick and lets me slid on it pretty well.

On small tears I just use Black 100% silicone caulk and let it cure for a day.
This fix lasts for quite a while and it keeps water, mud, etc. from getting into your seat foam.

I have a Black Gripper cover on mine from Quad Works. Have put it thru numerous races and about 2000 miles and it looks as good as the day I put it on I think it was $50.
