Default WOW

Just had my first 25 hour service done......sure made a difference on how it runs....I ask the dealer what was up and he said sometimes its the break in oil in them...kinda causes a lag in the tranny.....slight lag in response now that it has ..new reg. oil in it should perform better....must be true....on a slight incline....I can stand it straight up now on the back wheels...

Sounds like I need to do the same thing you did, because I believe our setups are near identical (as far as tires and wheels). What oil did you use, and what are you in (D1, D2, ESP/gear) when you were able to wheelie it?

I did the first service myself and put in Synthetic Amsoil in and adjusted the valve and it ripped after that. I can pull wheelies without standing on the racks. 2wd normal drive, lean back hammer the gas and ride as far as you want. I LOVE IT!

I tried it just now, I have to be in low and stand on the extended part of the rear rack to get it off the ground much. I didn't have much room to see if it would hold the front end up more than a 1-1.5 seconds though.

Our oil was changed around 150 miles ago, my dad took it to the dealership, I just didn't know it. I think they just put the Honda oil in it. I was hoping I could change to synthetic and get a little more pep out of it, but oh well- maybe next time lol.

If you had a valve job on your first service then that is probably what gave you the power increase not the oil. If the valves are out of wack that will rob power.
