Default AP Skid package?

Which one?! There's so many on the website and one includes a mounting bracket and all this stuff which I dont need. I have a hawse fairlead with a warn 2.5ci. I might aswell just get the winchless one, and cut my own hole for the fairlead... it would probably be easier for me and my wallet.

Any ideas?

You know, CDNTRAILEDITION I was wondering the same thing. But last night after reading some fine reveiws a set of Ricochet skids and cv guard were ordered. Reading your post makes me wonder if I will have to deal with any winch troubles. I dont specifically recall them saying otherwise. I got a 2.5 like you with a warn mounting plate, 07 Rub.

I have the full set of ricochet skids and it doesn't seem as though it would affect a winches operation in any way. I have some decent pics of the skids on my profile if you're interested

AP = Aluminum Products

I looked at the Ricochet but I didn't really like the idea of having bolts sticking out from the bottom as I'd have to replace the skid to put on the plow mount.

I was on the AP site the other day, Nice looking stuff. If I remember correctly they are the ones with the hook holster? Great idea!

Default Guards

Hi,

I put the AP stick guards on my 07 Rubi, easy install and work great. Only thing is they are little time consuming to pull the mud and grass out of them. They are flush on the bottom with no bolts sticking down.
