Rim off sets? Tires?
I have the 350 2 wheel drive Rancher (2005 TRX 350TM).
I'm looking at getting new tires for it and have decided to change out the rear wheels from the stock 10"x8.5" to the steel ITP 12"X7" rims. The 12" rim gives me more options in tire choices. My question is, what do the numbers mean for off sets? The two ITP rims I found on Dennis Kirk listed as 4 bolt 110 5+2, and 4 bolt 110 2+5... Stock tires and rim for this ATV are: Front-24x8-12** GoodYear Tracker CL on a 12x6.0 AT rim Rear-25x11-10** GoodYear Tracker CV on a 10x8.5 AT rim The tires I am leaning toward are the Sedona Mud Rebels Front 26x9-12 6ply Rear 26x12-12 6ply(not sure if I will have issues with the larger tire or the narrower ITP rims and this tire). Cost is the main reason for tire choice at this time, they also seem to be an ok tire for the type of terrain (hard pack, logging, or old railroad grade trails) I usually drive on. Other info that might matter is that I am a larger guy 330lbs. and I hope to use this ATV also to attach a cutter type trailer to pull my kids with on rides. Thoughts and comments very much welcome.. |
i think almost any tire rated for a 12in wheel will mount to the wheels you've picked. you just have to get the correct offset for front/rear. 110 is the bolt pattern for honda's, so the wheel will fit.

Does anyone know what the offset are for the stock rims on the 2005 TRX350TM?
