Default Anyone got busted riding on Corps of Eng?

I got a warning from the Corps of Engineers today saying to not ride again on there land at local lake behind my house or they will fine me and have to go before a U.S. Magistrate for action. Needless to say in not touching that lake bank again!!!
Anyone else got busted before?

WOW thats crazy. We've ridden on COE property forever until they sold the land 2 years ago, and they never said anything to us.

They are pretty protective of there banks and dams of lakes and things like that. They went ape sh!t at my work when they found out that the 4x4 club that does a ride every summer for special needs kids and were driving on the top of the dam of our 125 acre lake. They came out to do the yearly dam inspection and saw the tire tracks. So the last 3 years they come out the week after that camp to inspect the dam and check for tire tracks. lol

Yeah, where im at, The police give us a hard time. They over-reacted one time when we were on our own land and they didnt believe it. Anyways, i see or hear about a cop chasing someone on a 4wheeler at least once every 2 months. People on their wheelers run from cops(got sirens & lights on) on the road then shoot off into a nearby trail all the time...Pretty risky right??
