your brake shoes are probable in pieces and are catching on the drum when you drive

Pull your front tires off and look for a rock or something in your brakes. Then make sure nothing hits your brakes when you turn ( like cv boot guards). Also make sure you are full of brake fluid.

Yes i have enough brake fluid and yeah it may be a rock.. Im not sure though b/c sometimes i can feel something vibrate a little bit while hearing the noise.

Do you feel anything trying to "catch" when you hear the noise or is everything perfectly fine except for the noise?
Does the bike seem to stop like it did before you started hearing the noise?
Can you feel it trying to pull either way when the brakes are applied?

i'm not even gonna speculate. i watched the vid, but i can't tell if the noise is coming from the front or the rear.

Maybe you should look at everything involving the area that noise is comming from... possibly suspension along with a considential loose break.

Ok i went trail riding and heres what happened. If im going down the road straight it feels all shaky.. And i was out in the trails and drove up on some uneven parts of trails that arent flat at all and my whole tire/rim stuck out of the fender more than it should have been..it looked like it was going to pop right off. Ive never witnessed this problem so idk what im doing, so im waiting for my buddy (he works on atvs/dirtbikes/jeeps) to get some time and ill have him check it out.
Also, i put it in my garage and just decided to do a walk around. The floor is flat but when i got to the front right side of the rancher (where the problem was occurring) i got a good look at my whole tire/rim. Instead of the tire standing straight up like this ( | ) it looked like it was slanted like this ( \ ). It wasnt slanted that bad but you know what i mean. I made comparisons of both front tires and im sure that what i saw was true, but the problem is I looked for something broken or messed up that caused my tire to do that but didnt notice anything. Im posting this on a relatives computer at their residence so im not going to be able to check out my rancher until tomorrow.

Just letting yall know some additional information!
