Low oil

I just got a rancher 420. and i decided to change the oil, and a guy at a local atv shop said it took 2 quarts, i took his word for it and long story short I drove it for a good 4 hours with only 2 quarts in the atv. did i mess it up? i know it cant be good for it but its bugging me haha i guess im looking for someone to say "no thats really good for it" so i can stop thinking about it. haha

Read your owners manual. Mine takes 3 if I recall right. I can't go look atm.

Also it wasn't good that you ran only 2 quarts, but if it is still running fine and you added more oil you will be fine. Honda's are tough!

Garage
I agree, top it off and ride on. 2 qts is better than no oil and quit listening to that parts person if he doesn't know the difference between a 350 Rancher and a 420 Rancher.
