Default 2006 honda rancher wont start

having trouble getting atv to start. Have removed carb. and cleaned but still not running. tried putting fuel directly into cylinder but still wont run. could this be a timing issue?.

is the kill switch on the handle bars in the right position

make sure ur kill switch is in the right place, ive spent a few hours tryin to figure out why it wouldnt start, then i realized tht the kill switch was in the off position
