Question Atv exhaust mod smoke system

Hey guys, got a quick question, you probably can help me on this one. I have a 2001 Rancher 350 ES, but that doesn't really matter. The point is, I just put a little stack on it - nipple in exhaust, 90 degree, straight up, 45, pipe, 90 degree, so it kind looks like an r coming from the exhaust. It's cool on its own, but today I put some water in it so when I ride steam comes out and it looks like smoke which is pretty neat. Every time i do it, I ride until there isn't anymore steam. What I am wondering is if i continue to do this, will it rust out the muffler? That is something I do not want to have to replace but if its ok, it looks cool. Thanks in advance.

in other words, all the water should be evaporated since theres no more steam, which would mean theres no water to rust the muffle, i think.

Yeah? I wasn't sure since all the water seems to evaporate.

Most people do not like seeing smoke coming form their machine......but a cap full of ATF should give you plenty of smoke. There's a reason no one runs stacks on their pickups around here anymore. lol

Yes it will rust your pipe even though it seems to be evaporated. Do you store your wheeler inside?
