I've been reading some scattered posts here and there about the possibility of converting my 2002 2x4 Rancher 350 to 4x4 with what sounds like a fairly small number of parts, but I haven't been able to find a -definitive- answer to how to go about doing this. I still would want to be able to mostly use the 2x4 option, but it would be great to put a Warn 424 system on there and have the added weight and traction of a 4x4 on demand. I'd love to find some 'step by step' guide on how to do it, but I'm sure I can find a Clymer manual or something that would get me most of the way there.

Anyone have experience doing this?
Can anyone comment on what parts I would need to do this?
