Went on a trip this past weekend and gas is almost pouring out of the gas gap and down the plastic. The cap is threaded on right and I tighten it till it clicks and it still leaks out on rough terrian when it's bouncing around.
Could it be a bad gas cap? |

Check the rubber gasket in the cap to see what it looks like. Number 18 on the fiche.
