a buddy of mine has a 2wd 07 rancher and on any decently long ride it overheats bad, we've checked the fluids and weve cleaned the radiator and it didnt help, any ideas?

I'm guessing it's water cooled? If so, then it may have a stuck thermostat. Who knows, maybe there is a service bulletin or recall from Honda for it. They are very good about documenting such things.
If anything else, check fuses for fans, possible broken wire to a fan. How do you know it's overheating? Jose |
