Does anyone know what size the allen wrench is that removes the pivot bolts on a 2005 Rancher??????

17mm hahah did you get the special tool for the castle nut?? I got the "commercially available" tool the 17mm hex from autozone originally i bought the tool for the castle nut but then I needed to take off the swingarm on a suzuki with a different size so I bought a cheap socket and notched out the pattern of it with an angle grinder!!! good luck its a pain

Where can you buy one of those special tools for the castle nut? Im having one made but its taking forever. Any help on this would be cool.

directlineparts.com Thats where I got mine from their part number was HO-4756433 I think... $55.80 with free shipping woohooo, dude im telling you just get a big enough socket and get an angle grinder and notch it out yourself your probably only going use it once
