Front Brakes

Does anyone know why the front brakes on a 350 would be spongy? I have bled the brake line a half dozen times with no success.

What is happening is I have no front brakes until I pump the lever about four times real fast, then they work fine until I release the lever.

By no means am I a brake person either auto or ATV so I appreciate any help.

I'm having the same problem on my wife's Rancher AT. Anybody have a clue what the problem is exactly? I don't really want to go thru the whole brake system if it's something simple.

Rancher brakes

My brakes squeak while riding without engaging them. I've flushed the discs, removed them to make sure there was no debris, they just squeak a lot. Any suggestions?
