Here is a pic of the trailer my father and I built on Friday.

We still had to built the gate and paint it. I will take more pics and post later. What do you all think?

Thanks guys! We set it up for a pin, not a ball at this point. Here is a pic of it during painting.

are you planning on tackling alot of rough terrain with it or just around the yard??

nice, that will work and probably much better quality than some of the ones you can buy for sure.

Well, right now, just around the yard. We did discuss the possible need for a ball hitch though, but figured we could always do this later.

i'd for sure be doing the ball hitch. do you have some good balloon tires for it?? probably wouldn't wanna put small kids in it and run over a rock patch, unless you didn't like them. lmao!!!! i know your a school teacher and all. lmao

No doubt! Each wheel is rated for a 700lb load, so it should have a 1400lb capacity. (I'm sure it will cary more). We used scrap steel that was laying around my cousin's shop, bought the wheels and spindles, and bought paint. Total cost for us, including $100 to my cousin for the scrap steel is around $350. Not to mention, it was fun day with dad!
