i recently traded in my 10' rancher for a 12' rincon, my rancher had a 2500lb vipermax winch on it and i never really had any problems with it, i've been looking at 3-4000lb winches for the new rincon and i came across promark off road's "bad ass" series 4000 Xtreme winches, just curious as to what you guys think and any input on the promark winches would be sweet! the only problem i had with my vipermax winch was i got water in it but they supposidly fixed that for 2012

Warn, KFI,Viper Max of course warn is the best but the KFI is a really good winch with all metal gears and the viper max is great also lot of people run them with no problems not sure if the viper max gears are all metal but a good winch

yeah they are metal

i pulled my old vipermax apart to clean/re grease it

That makes it even better I haven't heard any thing bad about the viper max winch.
