yes it fits in the 4in pvc tube....also put a lighter in there even if you dont smoke. never know when you need to make a fire

Especially in the winter. Snow and sticks are not made to wipe you a**. Leaves work ok though. So do shirt sleeves and socks.

yea my cousin's a plumber and he has those grey snap locks so i think that will hold it in place pretty solid... what's the length of the pipe rich about 2 feet or so??
