Detroit gear locker

I have a 2006 500 Foreman ES that I upgraded with a High Lifter Detroit gear locker back in 2007. The front differential now doesn't engage right away all the time. Went to High Lifters website and see that they don't sell the lockers anymore or very many replacement parts. Called to confirm and also asked if they knew of anybody that still sold replacement parts. They said he didn't know of any and offered that Eaton used to build them for High Lifter. Called Eaton and inquired about parts for a locker. Said all parts were sold to high lifter years ago.

Does any body have any answers to where parts might be available besides going back to a stock front end? Sucks that parts may not be available and may have to buy a new ring gear and other parts to make it stock again.

Time consuming but you might be able to take it apart and give Eaton the measurement of the disk and replace them with other applications. I hated to see the locker go since I wanted one but at the same time I was glad it went before I was stuck in your shoes. I thought hl still had the rebuild kits but they probably sold out fast when people found out what was going on.
