For a solid rear axle honda, you will want the front 12x7wheel to be a 5+2 offset. The rear will need to be a 12x7 with a 2+5 offset.

your bolt pattern will be 4 on 110 mm or 4/110. This means that there are 4 lug holes. The distance from center of one lug hole to the center of the diagonally opposite hole will measure 110 mm or 4.33inches roughly.

12x7 2+5 Rear:
12" diameter
7" width
2" backspace
5" frontspace

12x7 5+2 Front:
12" diameter
7" width
5" backspace
2" frontspace

I believe you are looking at the tire sizes 25x8x12 and 25x10x12 and assuming that means a 25" tire on a 12" tall 8" wide wheel and a 25" tire on a 12" tall 10" wide wheel?

those numbers acutally mean 25" tall 8" wide tire on a 12" tall wheel and 25" tall 10" wide tire on a 12" tall wheel. 12" factory wheels are 7" wide.

Tires size is broken down as follows:

Tire Height X Tire Width X Wheel Diameter

So to answer your question you will need 12x7 5+2 4/110 Front wheels and 12x7 2+5 4/110 Rear Wheels.

Does this answer your question or am I way out in left field?

This answered beyond my question, Thanks! I understand a lot more about this stuff now

I think most aftermarket rims are 7inches wide, you just have to watch the offset and bolt pattern. Most companys on the net ask what kind of quad you have and then they will make sure you get the right size rims.

Just looked at vision wheels and there all 7" too, even the 14" rims, do a little research a-tack.

I think you need to look a little harder. Both companies make several 12x8 wheels.

^All of these are available as a 12x8 4/110 with SRA offset.

Douglas only makes spun aluminum sport wheels in 12x8. Although some of these may not be in a 4/110 bolt pattern, there are several other companies that make an 8" wide wheel for a Honda. You need to research better before you try to correct people. If we are solely talking about SRA 4/110 wheels, then yes, the vast majority of them will be 12x7. There are 12x8's availble though for a SRA Honda.

most people look at a wheel and say "i like it" and go and buy it . while other people spend 5 weeks looking for tires and weels and still havent bought any yet ......
