I believe you are looking at the tire sizes 25x8x12 and 25x10x12 and assuming that means a 25" tire on a 12" tall 8" wide wheel and a 25" tire on a 12" tall 10" wide wheel?

those numbers acutally mean 25" tall 8" wide tire on a 12" tall wheel and 25" tall 10" wide tire on a 12" tall wheel. 12" factory wheels are 7" wide.

Tire Height X Tire Width X Wheel Diameter



So to answer your question you will need 12x7 5+2 4/110 Front wheels and 12x7 2+5 4/110 Rear Wheels.

^All of these are available as a 12x8 4/110 with SRA offset.

Douglas only makes spun aluminum sport wheels in 12x8. Although some of these may not be in a 4/110 bolt pattern, there are several other companies that make an 8" wide wheel for a Honda. You need to research better before you try to correct people. If we are solely talking about SRA 4/110 wheels, then yes, the vast majority of them will be 12x7. There are 12x8's availble though for a SRA Honda.
