Paid close to $12 grand out the door for my 2012 Raptor 700R last fall,This is a response from honda to yamaha selling the YFZ450 carb model for the same price.Big changes are coming for the 450 racer from honda(alumium frame)Its in the patents.The time is not right yet(production lines need retooling for new model,playing the waiting game due to cost and slow market thats getting older)

My god! My buddy paid $7800 for his 2010 in 2010 and I dont think they have went up much since them, still the same technology. Online they're $8400.... in a shop like I said before upper 7s.
First off thats a thousand dollars..... I dont know about you but where im from thats a nice savings on something that cheap.

Plus thats retail on honda site, walk into a shop and talk cash..... walk out for under 7 grand.

At least honda is starting to drop the prices on there quads because of the value of our dollar(footshift 420 4x4$6499CDN) but parts are still way cheaper to buy in the U.S.(almost half price for parts).

Yea thats what MAC was sayin. He said honda parts were expensive and stuff for his can-am was alot cheaper than the states...... Im sure theres some type of reason, just wonder why?

I think its getting to the point here where Id rather have a roll of charmin than the cash its worth..... atlest I can wipe my @55 comfortably with the charmin!
