Default Hatfield@Mccoy pics

Just returned from H@M. 19 of us rented 2 houses across the road from each other located on Bud mountain. Had a great time! Took my son with his brand new rancher 420 4x4, it had 0 miles but after 4 days of riding it now has 260 miles. Gonna change the oil this week, it's overdue. Check out the pics.

glad you had a good time. I made it up to treverton yesterday, a little bit farther then minersville, maybe you've been there before. More geared for the sports then utilities.

Chrisb, yea we had a blast! We arrived wed. afternoon and left sunday morning. I always thought treverton, minersville and tower city was basically the same style of riding. How does treverton differ from minersville?

68dave,
Looks like a good time. We should organize a trip for all of us to meet up there for a long weekend or a week in the spring.

Chrisb,
Let us know how Treverton was. Sunday sure was a nice day I wish I could have went up with ya.

Nice pics Dave, looks like Pinnacle Creek and Indian Ridge. We were down over the 4th of July. It really is great riding. Deffently going back next year.

Trevorton is also great riding. We get up there alot. A nice mix of trails. Tight muddy trails to open roads to powerlines and coal piles. You can do a lot of exploring and long distance rides from there. There are a lot of 4x4 trails. We were showing a guy on a 400ex around in the spring and he said he had never been so muddy before, LOL.

The trails I found were pretty short. I'm sure I need to venture out more. Nothing like Happys back yard. Minersville seems to have a great mix of mud, hills and meandering trails. From the number of cars I saw at Treverton, it looks like everyone was at the hillclimb. I think it would be great if I had a sportquad and a set like I did 15 years ago. Although I did like watching everyone. There was a ton of hillclimbs there if thats your thing. If anyone wants to go back I'm up for searching more trails. It was only about 20 min. from 901 pub. Maybe alltorquedup can give us a tour and show us the ropes. Hopefully we can all catch up soon. I'm good after this month, we could try for a weekend in November. I'm good for any

I'm in for a weekend in Nov. Eaglesfan is the man when it comes to the minersville trails, had a great time this past winter when he hosted that ride. Yea Alltorquedup, Pinnacle and Indian Ridge. My group makes 2 trips a year,1 in april and 1 in october. I only make the oct. trip, i love the mountains this time of the year.
