I'm not from maine, but do most of my ridding in and around the beddington area.we have a place on beddington lake. the ridding is way better in maine than mass. :

I'm from downeast Maine, Machias to be exact. I'm anxiously awaiting word on the opening of the new "Sunrise Trail". Certainly the potential for an amazing riding experience down here, we already have a pretty good trail network but the addition of the rail bed trail will really connect them all and make many loop potentials and access into the towns for gas, food etc. Many of the local towns are looking into making their roads "ATV access roads" when if the trail opens to ATV's. If things go as hoped it will completely change ATV riding in this area. There will be a lot more interest I think and probably bring in some from away. Keeping my fingers crossed that the nay sayers dont get ATV's banned from the trail.
