hi neighbors to the east of me, i live in minnesota and have a carry weapon permit, i am very excited that wisconsin now honors my permit, but one major downside is why do they prohibit carry while on an ATV, mn does not have that restriction, anyone know why wisconsin restricts?????

well idk about it being a cost because i had to pay $150 to take the carry class then i had to pay $5 to get my fingerprints taken, $100 to the county i live in for mn permit, $65 to the state of utah, so my permits are valid in i beleive 34 states and i think wisconsin is the only state that outlaws carry on a ATV, so i mean they already have my money, im not really complaining its just a thought that always makes me wonder
