Tenth digit tells you the year, and your parts got ordered out today.
P=1993 R=1994 S-1995 T-1996 V-1997 W-1998 X-1999 Y-2000 01 is a 1,02 is a 2 and so on up to 09 are just the number,2010 starts over at A.
