Default swingarm bearing trouble

i just but new swingarm bearings in my honda 400 foreman.........and when i put the swing arm back on the left side has no gap between frame and swingarm but right sides has a big gap in it............does anyone no what the problem can be???????

make sure you tightened the left pivot bolt to the right torque first then tightenthe right one down then gaps should be about the same if its done right

the lock nut allen bolt goes on the right side right..........how do i know the right torque do i have to have a special tool or something..........they were all balls bearings there was 2 pieces they sliped into each other is it possible i put them in backwards
